          Privateers are born leaders, commanders who can rally their troops to victory through the most
         desperate of battles. Privateers can recruit more Companions than any other class, and their 
         powers focus on boosting their Companions' capabilities and healing them in the thick of the fight.-Pirate 101 website   
    

        Privateers are the healers of the game. They are good to have in a battle with other pirates, but have plenty of skills that allow them to fight alone. One of their special abilities they earn through training is reinforce which has the ability to heal all the pirates and companions on their team. If you are in another pirate class it is a good idea to learn the first Privateer healing spell Rouse with a training point. It is well worth it to have the ability to do a minor heal for a dying companion. So if you played a life wizard in Wizard 101 then this may be the pirate class for you!
